Cancellation policy

Charge Factory does not currently offer subscription plans or recurring charges for the two chargers offered in the online store.

If you wish to withdraw a query or cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, write as soon as possible to info@chargefactory.es with the reference available. We will indicate the actual status of the operation and the applicable rights. In remote purchases made by consumers, the legal right of withdrawal is maintained in the terms explained in our return policy.
